He was hired by Apple Appraisal in 1991 and became an owner in 1996 and led Apple Appraisal on its growth to an Appraisal Management Company, which now serves all 50 states. In 2023, Anthony returned to his roots as a “Boots on the Ground” Appraiser, forming San Juan County Appraisal, serving the San Juan Islands and Surrounding Mainland areas. Anthony has served on committees for the Collateral Risk Network, a group of lending industry thought leaders, focused on resolving the many challenges facing our profession. Anthony is a member of the Appraisers' Coalition of Washington. (A.C.O.W.) Anthony continues to be very involved in the local lending community and speaks regularly to affiliated industry groups.
